First ride in a while... Felt good to spend 3+ hours on the road. Nice day for it to boot. Did not take photos of all the quilt barns this year. More information on the ride and some of the quilt barns here.

Swimin'
Just in time for the screaming hot weather (should hit 98F today). Picked up a small "easy set" pool. Ethan spent over 4 hours in it yesterday. Felt really good to jump in it after a run.
Speaking of running, ran for the first time in a couple weeks Saturday and got a 13 mile bike ride in yesterday. Got a Garmin Forerunner 305 for a late fathers day gift. Nice tool.
