Back to some training.  Ran twice on Friday.  Only 2 miles in the morning until I got rained out, so I did an afternoon set of intervals.  I am running a 300m in what I would race the 400m 18 years ago...

I bough a used set of rollers from craigslist today.  Took 10 minutes to get used to them.  Did a quick 30 minute workout.  More work and more attention than the regular stationary trainer (and less boring).  Should make me a better rider.
